I'm on a fixed income, and the dealership wanted $300 per new key/Fob. I was able to find them cheaper online, and took them to Stu's to be cut. The fee was reasonable, and they even program them. The first time I went, I had bought terribly inferior keys, they worked, but Stu's did inform me of the quality and even offered me a credit towards their certified replacement in the event they didn't work. This month I finally took better replacements to be cut, Tori helped me and really showed me why I go back. She changed out the cut part so I wouldn't pay the fee twice, programmed them and even joked around with me. Local is always the best. Best knowledge, best customer service and best prices!! During a very hectic weekend of moving I lost my car and apartment keys. The only bright spot of the experience was my husband’s company recommending Stu’s to handle replacing my car key fob. This happened during the ‘shelter in place oder’ when it was extra difficult to locate a business that was operating! The first impression of the company was the extremely helpful and friendly customer service person who answered the phone. She truly made the whole experience effortless. Every detail was handled with such professionalism. My car is registered in my husband’s name and we do not have the same last name. I thought this would be a problem but they have a simple solution that involves a few text messages. This 5 minute interaction helped me to relax, and reduced my stress immediately. I was offered a discount because the service technician was already in NJ so I didn’t have to pay tolls etc. (honestly the didn’t need to tell me that, but I’ll take it:) From the time Stu arrived on site he was an absolute pleasure to work! His easy manner, knowledge, and general kindness goes a long way with me! From the beginning, his expertise of the job was evident. It was raining (and during a pandemic, no less) he worked quickly and efficiently in the rain and in a mask to get the new key fob working. I will note that he was very mindful of the extraordinary requirement of social distancing. He then took an extra few minutes to have me test the fob and confirm that everything was working properly. He noticed that my car didn’t turn over easily and sure enough, my battery was dead. Without missing a beat, he grabbed a portable jumper cables and jump started my car. Payment was easy and I received an email receipt to wrap up the transaction. Although I hope no one has to go through the stress of losing your car keys, I would highly, highly recommend Stu’s EZ remotes to get the job done right! - 4/21/2020

I recently came into possession of a 07 Pt Cruiser with only one key/ key-fob. I have seen Stu's adds and numerous great reviews for years on FB and Google, so I decided to hit him up. He was very responsive with my email earlier in the week and gave me a outstanding price for a additional key fob unit. Well, I was there today. OUTSTANDING!! He and his staff were nothing but courteous and friendly from the moment I walked in to when I left, and the work was done quickly with quality.
